Service Description

Through hands-on activities, creative exploration, movement, and calming practices, families will discover simple tools to reset the nervous system, navigate big emotions, and return to balance together. Soularium Academy’s whimsical, heart-centered approach blends with the grounded wisdom of Eastern medicine from Dr. Robin of InVibeWell to create a day of restoration, authentic connection, grounded science, and magical discovery. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of what’s happening inside the body — and practical tools to help their family move from stress back into flow. As our grand finale of an already abundant day, participants will immerse in a therapeutic sound bath led by Megan Kamosi of Anima Sounds, where resonant instruments such as crystal singing bowls and gongs guide participants into deep relaxation and nervous system reset.
