Based on our signature curriculum offering, Soularium's Rejuvenation Station Spring Break camp will give kids practical, real-life tools to use in their own lives for personal rejuvenation! Participants will learn:

The fundamentals of what it means to live a sacred life

How to make their own sacred space

How to build a toolbox of sacred self-care practices

The power of herbs and plants as medicine

How spirit animals and Tarot cards can bring lessons and guidance

How to maintain balance when big emotions swoop in and out of our lives

What meditation looks and feels like

How journaling and art connect humans with their innermost goals and needs
