Food Is Medicine

Mother Nature did an extraordinary job designing plants that grow right up from the earth providing us with all the nutrients we need to survive and thrive! Even more amazing is how aesthetic features of the plant can communicate to us specifically what the plant is useful for. This hands-on workshop will be filled with soulful reverence for plant life and participants will be in gratitude with the vitality we are given through food grown from the earth. Participants will learn how to use organic, fresh, beautiful plants in their own salves, lotions and soaps and take home their own creations.
