Join us for a hands-on, heart-centered workshop where your child will explore nervous system regulation tools through creative projects and sensory play while building real-life skills they can take home and use anytime to create a moment of calm.
From crafting their own calming tools to learning how nature’s gifts like lavender and other essential oils soothe our senses, kids will discover how to activate their “rest and digest” mode—the peaceful part of the nervous system that helps us feel relaxed, happy, and fully ourselves.
