Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your enrollment, Soularium requires 14-day advance notice in order to provide a refund. ​In the event that a cancellation is requested with less than 14 days notice, you are responsible for full tuition. We do not pro-rate, refund, or offer make-up days for missed class sessions. Our supply purchases are aligned with attendance, and your cooperation in recognizing the impact of late cancellations on our expenses is greatly valued. Should you need to cancel, please notify us via email to holly@soulariumproject.com. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making the Soularium Academy experience enriching for everyone involved.
